60 - Minute Group Classes

Strength Floor Workouts 

  • Enhance and develop strength by training ! Utilizing dumbells, medicine balls, BOSU balls, TRX straps, and functional exercise. 
  • Alternate exercises focusing on endurance, power, or hypertrophy training. 

Monitoring & Tracking Heart Rate (OTbeat Tech) 

  • Worn monitors: chest, wrist, or armband provide live tracking of heart rate (HR) with Calories burned, zones of HR, and, “Splat Points” measured in real time. 

EPOC Effect (Afterburn) 

  • Aimed to be up to 12+ hours after class ends, it’s intended for keeping your burn going for calories. 
  • “In the Orange Zone” - 84% to 91% of max heart rate. “Orange Zone” requires more than 12 minutes.
