Movati Athletic Contracts and Cancellation Policy

• Contract Options:12-Month or 24-Month commitment. Month-to-month continues automatically after contract ends.
• How to Cancel: Submit 30 days written notice to your home club in person, by mail, or online portal (method varies by location).
• Early Exit Fee: Applies on 12-month and 24-month contracts if you cancel within the first monthly anniversary of the start date. You’ll have to pay this fee when you cancel. The amount of the fee is set out in your membership agreement.
• Membership Freeze - FOR SELECT PLAN ONLY: With this you can temporarily freeze your membership for between 2-48 consecutive weeks, twice per year for periods between minimum 2 weeks and maximum 48 cumulative weeks.
• Important Tip: Do NOT cancel your bank pre-authorization before officially cancelling as it may be a breach of contract as per Movati's terms.
