Vasa Fitness Cancellation Policy

As per the VASA Fitness Cancellation Policy, members wanting to make changes or cancel their membership account must do so 7 days prior to their monthly billing date.

How to Cancel:

Through VASA app (fastest method)
In person at your home club
Email (some locations only)

Cancellation Fee:

Within 6 months: $25 fee
After 6 months: No fee (with 30-day notice)
Annual prepayments: Pro-rated refunds issued

You can FREEZE your membership Temporary memberships can be paused at most clubs. Prices and times vary per club. This option is more ideal than cancelling if your situation is temporary.
